How do we provide 24 hour access without compromising on the security
We have achieved this by investing in the most up to date systems that allow us to have access controlled entry and individually alarmed units. The access control systems are Self Storage specific and are designed to allow customers to access their units safely, whilst maintaining the protection on all other units. All other unit doors remain alarmed, with only the user’s own doors being able to open without triggering a security event. If there is ever a problem out of office hours, our Self Storage specialist support team can access our alarms and cameras, and if necessary, can deploy our local security company who will respond in a matter of minutes.
